Updater Users can choose to find and reserve a moving company in two ways:
- Reserve online. Updater users can view live pricing, complete their inventory, select their move date, and reserve their move with your company. This is what we call an online "reservation." Reservations arrive directly in your inbox when one is made.
- Estimate request. Updater users can also opt to speak to you directly, instead of reserving online. The user can select a few moving companies from available moving companies and choose to be contacted by those moving companies directly. You can reach out over the phone or via email. Estimate requests also arrive directly in your inbox when one is made.
