MoveIQ is the intelligent quoting feature that links the back-end management system of MoveHQ to Updater's front-end, user-facing dashboard.
When Updater Users look for a moving company, they can choose to receive information from you in one of two ways:
- They can reserve their move completely online within Updater. They can view live pricing, complete their inventory, select their move date, and reserve their move with your company.
- They can opt to receive an estimate from you directly, instead of reserving online. The user can select a few moving companies from available moving companies and choose to be contacted by those moving companies directly.
You’ll receive notification emails directly within MoveHQ for both types of moves.
